Has anyone bought a farm and leased the land to growers as a house hack?

Just an FYI if it is a nest in the ground you can go buy Permethrin powder at a farm supply, horse supply store or Tractor supply store for $5-$8 a bottle and just dust the ground.

Home Base is the tricky one and our primary focus, we are interested in establishing a bona fide farm with value-added products.

Coming from a farming background I think your best bet is option two.

And yes, farmers inherited their farms through generations in most cases.
