I have flown into north bend many many times I would go on IFR training flights from Aurora and my go to  was first to Newport then shoot the approach into North Bend  which takes you about 5 miles out into the ocean for the procedure turn.. always could find some actual weather there..

Now have a portfolio of 6 properties with some that are owned others just managed but turn key operation for sure. 

Two other things to note about #401kloans:Possible benefit if the stock market turns south, the money outstanding against your 401k loan is no longer invested into the market! 

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

Sounds Like you have the operational experience to turn the place around and make it a winner. 

He turned around and used the interest I paid him back to go on a golf trip with me later that year.
