I cancelled their contract and when I asked them the security deposit be mailed to me in NJ, they sent the security cheque to some address in Philly.

I just paid my attorney 15k today in just fees for 4 entitlement contract red lines and we arnt even under contract yet!  

If not, then the seller has to make sure they pay all of the costs associated with breaking their contract with the PM. 

Seems like you have to get creative with the lease contract in terms of the water.

And wouldn't anything agreed to in schedule B override the original agreement (like it usually does in a purchase contract)?
