I currently have 10,000 dollars equity in my Truck. My Credit union is willing to loan me 10,000 @ 1.9 %. Can I use this for the 20 percent  down payment for a real estate investment loan on a deal I'm looking to buy....

As investment vehicles the IRA and 401k are largely similar.  

Hello Maddie,If your goal is to use your savings in two years to acquire an investment property then using a tax-deferred vehicle such as 403B would not be a good idea.

Having one's vehicle(s) towed is a direct punch to the gut, it hurts no matter who you are in life. 

I really enjoy my day job as an engineering but I hope that real estate investing can be my vehicle to financial freedom. 

I think my kabbage is a great vehicle, 3.5%/mo for first 6 months then 1%/mo the next 6.

I have been performing a mixture of both sales and limited property management in 2017.About 13 months ago : I was property managing about 35 – 38 doorsNow I’m down to about 16 doors.Property mgmt doors decrease has allowed me more time for my own personal improvements.( More sleep , less time in the automotive shops for vehicles repairs )

If so, thoughts on what vehicle to use to do so, will be appreciated.  

@Kyle M.What you are likely referring to is that with real estate purchased outside of a tax-sheltered vehicle, depreciation can taken be against taxation on income.

MY INVESTMENT GOALS:I invest in traditional investment vehicles as well.
