Assuming you have a rental or lease agreement, any time a tenant communicates with you regarding something that potentially modifies the lease, your response should be that, "Per the lease, modifications are invalid unless in writing and signed by both parties.

If you allow one tenant, and not others, to break lease agreement without penalty or reduced rent for no other reason other than "the tenant requests it", it may be construe as a discriminatory move by the others.And no, I will not consider lowering rent or modifying the current lease terms.

In other words, a full lead free certificate means you basically never have to get a re-inspection, whereas a "modified reduction" certificate requires re-inspection annually and/or at each tenant turnover.

Well I guess this is just a Craigslist issue, but using IFTTT to try to pull some leads.I've read up on how to modify searches using "|" and "-" for adding or eliminating.When using the | I'm not getting the same results as if I search separately.Example is in LA, I did a search for Montrose|Toluca Lake and Montrose isn't showing up in the results.
