Never a big fan of these stores as they can be hard to re-lease, especially if it's built in the middle of no where USA.  

While we knew that all hard money lenders are not created equal, and some could be good….we knew from our own experience that using hard money could cause a deal to fall apart by making the process less seamless than we needed it to be.What ensued was a month-long nightmare that tested our patience and threatened to derail everything we had worked for.The lender moved at a snail’s pace, bogging us down with endless requests for additional walkthroughs, appraisals, and paperwork.

I don't think you would want to dive into the details and get in the middle of it.

I have window units in my 4 unit that is in a upper middle class part of Chicago. 

Stay in the middle as much as possible.

Simply tell the lender you are getting a  quote from what your middle score is.

My property is in the middle of downtown San Antonio, 3 bed/1 bath.

The variety of economic development grants/programs and the process streamlining that has taken place to date in Chicago is meant to encourage access for smaller and newer developers and encourage the types of "missing middle" developments that have historically been to small or the process to burdensome to move forward. 

I dropped Revere Pewter and have mostly used Light Pewter as a common color in the house with kitchens and bathrooms being something colorful, usually blue for kitchens and green for bathrooms.I use HD Behr Marquee which is around the middle of HD paints in quality.
