Is there ANYTHING I as the Wholesaler can do?

I just want to know if this is something that I as a landlord need to watch out for.

Too in love with it (I mean, not that I as an investor would ever put emotions into an investment property...) ;) And lots of exit strategies should I need one.

I as well am good at a lot of things, but the numbers always gives me the chills.

My lease is a culmination of my last two leases while renting, my inherited tenants leases, another BP members lease from Iowa, and reading and listening to about 5,000 BP posts/blogs and podcasts.
