Every time it rains the ceiling leaks inside as well.

I own a home relatively new (5 years) and there was a major leak in the house that I had to get fixed and a lot of restoration work is needed.

For example: no hot water but it's a brand new water heater, faucet leaking and brand new faucet, kitchen sink leaking and it's a new sink and pipes underneath. 

Our gas company won’t turn on the gas and leave before confirming all gas devices are working and not leaking. 

It has has leaks for a few years.

Since im OOS i think it could be helpfulLease agreements allow inspections with notice, or access to the unit in an emergency, like a neighbor reporting a water leak, or a gas smell.

The last thing you want to do is wipe out your savings to buy a house and then have a major issue like plumbing or a leak on the roof come up and have nothing to rely on but credit cards. 

They mostly don’t do much work to their house but did have to do a major renovation due to a toilet leak that caused $150,000 worth of damage.

Is anybody else getting this crap? Then you change your password, and it takes it, then five minutes later IT COMPLAINS AGAIN??
