Good afternoon BP friends,I'm looking at setting up an SDIRA for the specific purpose of buying a single property - an undeveloped lot - and I'm trying to determine if it makes any sense to use an LLC and/or have "checkbook" control for this particular SDIRA.My initial thought is that since this SDIRA would be to buy a single piece of undeveloped land and then hold that property as an investment for the next several years, that the additional complexity and expense of an LLC and checkbook control would be unnecessary.

Good afternoon BP members I contacted quicken loans and was told they only due 1-2 FHA loans.I understand that 3-4units is also allowed under FHA.

The written deadline for acceptance on the counter offer was August 19 (which I presume means any time up until 11:59 pm).In the early afternoon of Friday, August 19 I received a written "withdrawal" of the counter offer from the seller.

If there is a valid reason such as a family emergency or something of that nature I try not to be a heartless land lord but the truth is late payments are almost always a result of laziness and lack of priorities.
