Not that things don't go sideways when agents are involved, they certainly do, but at least agents for the most part are educated on how to detect scammers, how to protect their clients, which title companies and lenders to trust, how to vet buyers, what to watch out for and how to avoid bad situations.

He could be offering the most basic concepts ever for many in REI but just the shift in my mind has made watching his sales video worth it for me.

Having watched a ton of videos on YouTube, I feel like a lot of the repairs on my list I can do myself.

I've read quite a bit and I've watched a ton of videos. 

If they do not pay their portion (if they have one) you say, " hey you are breaking the rules of your program, if you do not pay you will " lose your free ride ". watch how fast they pay.

I'll continue to pay down my debt, save, watch my market for a fourplex and see if an opportunity arises.

Fortunately I work in the insurance industry so I generally knew what to watch out for.
