We've looked at recent comps, and two houses on the same block with similar layouts and square footage sold at $62/ft. and $63/ft. each within the past couple of weeks. 

Keep the remodel cheap by not changing the layout of the fixtures.

I wish AirBNB was as user friendly as VRBO.I don't go into AirBNB as often because it isn't as intuitive and maybe thats one reason why I'm not as comfortable using it since I get frustrated when I try and find items that are buried.I get most of my bookings and I get higher per night prices on VRBO.

The reason I say fast here is because you want to be using your gut/intuition on your initial decisions.• Now, spend 1-3 hours and call every single one of the accountants.

Personally, I find #3 to be the most valuable as it lets me know if my spreadsheet + intuition ultimately matches up with the sale price.  

They're both great imho.Hoboken will be fine in the long run, but your intuition about a soft patch is most likely true.  

I really like the 50s builds they are logical layouts and the way they are built is still very solid in the midwest.  

And once you know your situation based on your jurisdiction (see your relevant landlord tenant rules too) layout, and situation, you have two choices: (1) DIY or (2) Hire it Out. 

Layout is funky but the unit is reasonably pleasant.List price: 220,00.

There are plenty of emails from the owner and texts from the foreman regarding my patience.I regret not fighting for the layout the architect laid out in the plans.
