If those are the nature of the interactions, I don't think you have an issue.

Virtual world is great but at the end of the day a lot of people still like human interaction, the ability to meet in person with their broker or other agents in the office. 

You can't go all out and spend for the best of everything day 1, but you need some signature pieces or elements of design that stick out.

A lot of people that never really had any interest in real estate per se, watch these YouTube gurus who fancy up their videos with colorful thumbnails in them living the highlife showing the simplicity of it but do not show the hard work, actually talking to people in which I think millennials have a hard time doing, interacting, as well as not getting held up on analysis paralysis.
