It's an excuse to not pay you ANY rent...of and by the way they will sue you because they were injured while doing contract work for you......Are they going to do good quality work...or just something to get by....Are you satisfied with the work they do?

I got a phone call from my Property mannager this morning saying that the properties is on fire (electrical issue). here are some facts :no body got injured sience no body was at the house .Renters have renters insurance.I have a cash value insurance .the house is damaged but not total lost +water damage from the fire department.i called my Insurance company right ater I got off the phone with my property manager.some one knows what will be the process from now on ?
