Fridge w/ water&ice maker vs without Fume hood built into microwave vs hood that vents to the outside.Left/right fridge or top/bottom fridge?

I think there are just some who have to get more and more of these put on their bodies.I once had someone come to look at one of my rental houses who worked in a tattoo parlor. 

I am the owner of a seasonal ice cram store.

I have seen 3 inch expanded metal treads fill completely up with ice.

The parge coat is like icing on a cake, a thin cosmetic layer of concrete used to cover the exterior of the foundation mostly to protect exposure to the rebar.

When talking to neighbors, I’d say you’re thinking of buying the place, make some polite small talk to break the ice and then work the dog barking into the conversation as naturally as possible.

Does anyone have experience in owning ice machines.

A few of mine include:Draining outside hoses, and bowling out any irrigationTesting sump pump and removing/draining any hose extensionsCleaning out gutters to avoid ice damsThermostat upgrade to a smart thermostat to conserve energyFurnace cleaning & check upFriendly reminder to tenants on snow removal responsibility :) What's on your list?

A lot of lake/cabin type of areas are also close to snow mobiling, skiing, ice fishing, etc.Either way, I would definitely recommend putting a small heater in the crawl space where you are worried.

Your lease doesn't say you provide x brand of ice box, so get one that fits into the cabinet space and call it a day.
