It's admittedly a gray area, but it all comes down to how a judge (or Fair Housing investigator) interprets the law.To be clear: I am not a fan of these provisions of the CARES Act (and I've written my congressional reps to tell them as much, and happy to share a draft if anyone would like to do the same), but the fact remains it is a currently enacted federal law.

@Jay Y.That's my understanding as well, but they were so gray, I can't be certain.

I love wholesaling (assigning contracts) like the next person but there's a ton of gray area in the legal department.

On corn they are going after Northern Corn Leaf Blight, Gray Leaf Spot, common and southern rust.

The gesture was taken well by the resident but it was also self serving to protect the property too.Just as it goes with many post in here, there are some gray areas and a lot of moving parts.

@Tomeikia Gray I can't speak for EVERY market here but generally speaking lower valued homes rent higher than 1%.  

I feel like there is some gray area because it's owned occupied.
