I won't be investing in the riskiest/most supportable asset subclasses such as hotels, and tilt my portfolio the ones that have historically been more stable such as multifamily and single-family housing.

General Tips for ADU Investments in LA: Any advice on maximizing ROI from ADUs or common pitfalls to avoid when building and managing ADUs in LA?

Would love to hear what’s worked for you and any tips you have for making sure the funds are in place to lock down a great deal.

Another tip here is to let them bring their own linens (fairly common) so you save money that way!
