That could be OK, because they stay on my site click around browse pages and google rewards me for this.But facebook or twitter.. is horrible because if you attract the wrong traffic, people bounce and google will think your site sucks monkeyballz, and guess who will go down in ranks.That is why you want organic traffic from the right keywords.Look at my average time on page.I heard that the average time on page for investors websites is about 45 seconds.

I can proof you almost every property to be a great or horrible investment - just tweak vacancy rates a little, adjust rent, reserves for capex and expenses for repairs and viola you have the bottom line you want - good or bad.

Although in a humerous note I fell for the one in Indiana two years ago my PM calls tenant cant afford rent and heat and they have a baby etc etc.. record colds.. so sure thing no problem give them 3 months free then pay it over the remaining months.. kind of like utls do.. well you know what happened they lived 3 months free and bolted out on the rest of their lease.. thats my style of landlording i go backwards.its these very situations that i was horrible at ...

I know how horrible it could be dealing with deadbeat tennants, crime, vandalism, evictions, collecting rent, etc.BUT, when $30K buys the whole house, it seems like there could still be opportunites to cashflow, and you can get into the game cheaply.
