Not only is it a costly and hasselsome process to establish such, but at end it's an association of 4. 

So I can hire a PM company to just do the tenant placement part? 

Where do I begin to learn about the cost associated with the 3 - 6 months of expenses and the inspection process? 

Purchase price: $150,000 In the process of buying 1.21 acres in Isabela, Puerto Rico.

Being that I am an accountant I cannot advise towards or against any firm other than I will say to make sure you do your due diligence on any firm you hire.

If you dont need the leases it can be nice because as soon as you get near completion on your rehabbing you can get your disclosures out, esigned, start your appraisal asap, and get the process moving quickly versus waiting around for tenants, lease ups, and all units to be rented.Best of Luck ~

They listen to what you suggest and continually improving their software and processes.

The PMS around here are pretty terrible, I've worked with a lot of the larger ones in Cleveland and I think they just take on more properties than they can effectively handle and don't hire enough additional employees to make it work. 

I experience the poor processing and unprofessional work they do.
