I know how unpredictable the military can be so I definitely don't want to left with a home worth less than the current mortgage when PCS time rolls around sooner or later.

I work a full-time job, a side gig as a food delivery driver, moderate for BiggerPockets, gym, family, friends, & etc, but I still self-manage my properties usually from my cell phone, lol!

I want to be a more engaged parent, travel more, and retire sooner.

I work in real estate, and as a fitness trainer, and the influx of people moving here for better weather, and flooding gyms has been insane, and it has not slowed much.

I actually see that communication between listing agents and buying agents get engaged much sooner and that can be good for all parties.

At that time, the word on the street was that one could get title insurance either by waiting a year after purchase, or by paying big bucks to Tax Title Services.I'm considering selling one of these lots, and now I'm hearing from title companies that I have to wait 2-5 years to get title insurance.Does anyone have experience with this, and have you found any other way to get title insurance sooner?

Hey everyone still new here. lots of great info on this site, Shame I didn't find it sooner. so what is the general consensus amongst the REI communities on tax lien auctions? 

The sooner you make that first purchase, the sooner you learn and the sooner you can buy number 2, and then number 3 and then ....Whatever you choose, I wish you luck.
