trials and tribulations of the sub 1000 a month renter.. its never ending .. never will end and will always be a roller coaster.you can get the good one.. but generally speaking these are life long renters.. 

I've heard from so many people like yourself that some of their best, most fulfilling years occur after they're able to quit working because they have to and begin working because they want to.

Think about what skills and experience you have that you can build on as well as what you like doing that is marketable in order to uncover what would be fulfilling to do on a daily basis for pay, and do that.

this is starting to become a self fulfilling prophecy.. for not reason other than the market is returning to balance. the risk in landlording is your units go vacant which did happen in 08.. or get run down and you do not have the funds to properly maintain them because you only have enough income to cover fixed debt.

Although there are a few extra components, seller financing to me feels more fulfilling.

Absolutely you are free to rent you home as you have fulfilled the occupancy requirements.

Investor sentiment.. self fulfilling prophecy.. in the meantime I had the best year of my career and the year aint over yet. :)
