Buying the note is a good strategy in pre-foreclosures and under such events, the owner will need to request the note be sold to an investor, otherwise they won't entertain selling notes to people off the street.Adding to that request, you might send a copy to the clerk of court in connection with the foreclosure (not that they do anything) but is showss as a CC.
