Anyone have any recent experience with Aloha?

My first property was chaotic with tenant troubles, so Ohio being a landlord-friendly state and Parma Heights being A-class location, I'm eager to get involved and experience the difference.

@Walter PinedaEven if someone give you a referral, what meets their expectations, may not meet yours.In our experience, the #1 mistake owners make when selecting a Property Management Company (PMC) is ASSUMING instead of CONFIRMING.It's often a case of not doing enough research, as they don't know what they don't know!

Traditional lenders won’t approve it, and hard money lenders who offer this type of financing all the time look for experience, assets, or strong equity in the deal.Partnering with someone who has financing or experience is realistic approach when starting.

They ended up with no help, and less money in their bank account.  

And I feel the ideal portfolio can benefit from the diversification of both.1) Holdfolio isn't a match for me, personally (due to not enough experience, skin in the game, etc).

I also have experience managing single-family rentals, including Section 8 properties.I am here to network, share insights, and connect with like-minded investors, lenders, and operators.

Join local Facebook groups in surrounding markets, and you will get more insight into other investors' experiences. 

Wondering about putting my banking info into these and if anyone has any personal experience with any of them.

I would love to hear from anyone with experience in this space whether you've done it yourself or know someone who has.
