"A" school district with some A++ schools/feeder areas in it, but it encompasses most of Richardson, some of Dallas and some of Garland.  

However, mental health also encompasses financial well-being, which from my experience isn't addressed enough.

As other mentioned going off of zip-codes is problematic because it encompasses so many different areas.

I was also thinking of getting a separate bank account for real estate only but if I scale would I get a separate bank account for each property or just have one all encompassing account?
