I'm pretty down to earth, honest and have very strong morals that guide me in business as well as in my personal life.

Well, if I were appointed as King, many things would be different, there wouldn't be commercial banks in investment banking, security and banking laws would drop back to prior the Clinton years and securitizing anything that existed on the face of the earth wouldn't necessarily be allowed, such as SFDs.

Specifically the south island (most gorgeous place on earth in my opinion).

Some of them are very down to earth some not.

Why on earth would you give up your secure income stream from employment to go out and invest in RE if you haven't proven that model as a winner?

I don't have near the credentials in this area as you but am really excited to find large scale options that make our investments more profitable and better for the earth.

I think that BiggerPockets has done a lot to inject a good dose of reality into the situation, but there's still a lot of hype out there that can filter in to even the most down-to-earth newbie.

I am just wondering how on earth you can save enough money for a down payment, as well as enough reserve for EACH property in case something major went wrong, all within such a short time frame.
