I was thinking of purchasing an e-book called How to Wholesale Houses by Dan Breslin of Diamond Equity Investments.

A good stone craftsman has special skills.That said, I can buy pre-fab slabs and have my fixer guys cut them with a skil saw with a diamond blade and have good looking counters, depending on how the ktichen/bath is laid out.

@Kyle Scharoll Yes, there are, it may take awhile to find the diamond but my suggestion would be to remain patient, don't settle and always keep your eyes open for new deals.

There is a strategy from Bob Diamond that might give you some ideas to pursue this deal.

One way to scout for diamonds in the rough is to identify the rundown neighborhoods that border the highly desired ones.

use a grinder with a diamond blade and cut the grout lines,  then remove the tiles that around the dishwasher.  

A new diamond grower and tech server farms taking advantage of plenty of water, low power rates and stable geology.
