My clients are using QBO and I just have to track all financials for them.I have clients that are mixed with Rental and Flips.It all depends if you expect a flip to last longer than 1 year, chances are you going to put them all in Balance Sheet Items. 

It can be a mix of W2 and 1099 placements.

I’m currently reviewing a fully occupied mixed-use commercial building with 8 SRO (Single Room Occupancy) units but have never dealt with this type of property before.

However, mixed-use properties can create new issues depending on the construction and structure, access, and tenant mix.
