I've been on an incredible journey over the past year, diving deep into real estate investing to build financial freedom.

Most people see some kind of cost of living raise, and by increasing slow and steady, the rent increases likely correspond well with the rate at which their income is rising.

But I eventually took a deep breath this past weekend and passed on the opportunity, lol.That's the reason for the question.

We clean a few Airbnbs near here on Clifton Ave and they stay rented Spring, Summer, and Fall then slow down in the winter.
