I could see this working for the students if they already had folks that contacted them for this service lined up and they know them and trust them.But lets be real here so many in wholesaling are total real estate beginners ( which is OK) and now you have a rookie beginner lender .. so you can see how that could not end well or there just is not enough of a market or potential clients to make it even remotely worth pursuing.
