I remember B going to concerts for 8 dollars.  

I do house calls.So Schools are closing for 2 weeks, California Disney is closing down, No sports , No conventions, No Concerts, No Church, No Gatherings.

Then working in concert with a realtor see what you can put together.  

We have the amusement park, a lot of concerts, and it's only a 10 minute drive from the state capital. 

Those who do so but then make a concerted effort to use that skill set for the betterment of one's neighbor, I have no problem with that. 

In addition, foregoing going out (eating, clubbing, concerts, sporting events, etc.) as often could result in savings that can be applied to the down payment.Small sacrifices can help many obtain the necessary down payment.Save now, reward yourself when the nearly passive income permits.Good luck

Tickets to concerts/sports and now a used car I bought for $850 are my most recent attempts.I plan on going with a buy and hold strategy, but I will probably explore other avenues just to see what I can do.

I’ve met celebrities, been backstage at concerts and talked one-on-one to one of the richest people in the country, all of which can be traced directly back to being involved with BP.So my opinion is the speaker at that event just doesn’t “get it”.  

Like when you have awesome seats at your dreamboat artist's concert, and, lo and behold, they make eye contact with you and smile and wave.
