HiWhen we started out we bought a multi family property and lived in 1 unit.  

They say sellers "choose" a buyer agent amount under the threat of that agents might refuse to show a house if they (agents, not consumers) think the pay isn't enough.

 @Raif Jochim without knowing details of each loan, I would almost always choose the primary home.

Because I will never go into anything that is losing intentionally it's like asking me to choose A or B: take this 50k check or write a random 50k check to a politician.
