Are you leaning toward a specific strategy like buy-and-holds, flips, or house hacking?

@Brittney Yang surprisingly I have found that I can have glue down LVP installed by a local flooring company, we use Artisent Floors, https://artisentfloors.com/, for our local renovations and they are awesome and they can do it for less than what I can buy the product for at Lowes or HD even with my 10% military discount! 

I would do everything in my power to buy or rent in a neighborhood with the best school I could afford.

I buy my own insect spray and vigorously spray into the large gap to warn other critters away.

I'm considering making an offer on a property that is listed as a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath as a long term buy and hold property to add to my portfolio. 

Now go drive to buy one, of course it's end of the day.  

I'm a beginner and I'm looking for tips on how to perform a proper market analysis on houses to buy and hold long term and rent out.Right now I'm looking through all the MLS websites and finding properties in locations and within my price range.
