Mobile homes in Parks are affordable housing as well as MH on private cheap lots in certain parts of the country.. and then of course you have HUGE areas of the mid west and rust belt were you can buy all sorts of houses for 200k and under.. they already exist..

I left the single-family home business as a real estate investor back in 2007 when I started investing in mobile homes.

I have never had issues with a stone countertop, but I have had burn marks on a laminate counter from a tenant setting a hot pot on it without a trivet.With all that said, I would really just go with what the market wants.

There are a few mobile homes that are for 7-12k in decent condition.

I'm hoping to build out 10-15 spots for mobile homes and another 8-10 for RVs in another part of the road frontage (I have two roads).

We burn through repair people too.
