Nothing like good ol Buffalo!

New Jersey, NY (Poughkeepsie, Buffalo, Newburgh, Rockland), Texas (Austin and San Antonio), Orlando FL, Philly, Southern Vermont to name a few.

Then approximately 2-3 weeks after that is fixed, they tell me there have been an infestation of bugs (no see-ums & supposedly "buffalo gnats") that have been biting them inside due to the leaky faucet because they supposedly started when the leaky faucet problems started.

There is almost 0 crime in the town, many people don't even lock their doors.I own a multi-family rental in Buffalo NY in what I would also consider a "B" area, regardless of age.   

I am not sure the specific forums but you can set up keyword alerts and there are in person meetups on the 2nd Monday and 3rd Wednesday of each month at Buffalo Wild Wings at 6.

Are there any investors from buffalo on here?

I am in the process of closing on a two unit property outside of Buffalo, NY and am deciding whether to use a mortgage or pay cash and BRRRR it.

My son's SIL (a professional photog) is doing that for women only, (it's in downtown Buffalo NY).
