Unfortunately There is one area that I get bombarded and try as I might to get back with everone.

You are going to get bombarded on here with ads and solicitations to buy Turnkey all over the midwest.  

At the last Seminar I spoke at, I was bombarded with investors asking me to send them loans to look at.

People are being bombarded with spam texts and calls all the time - no matter what these companies say IMO a ton of people are absolutely tired of these sorts of communications and going to start assuming/flagging anything like this as spam

I at first did not do this and got bombarded with these non-personal inquires through Rentlinx.  

They are literally being bombarded with dozens of calls from agents.

I think we too often get bombarded with return profiles and financial metrics which keep us from focusing on those three key aspects.

First off, we get bombarded by people that don't have a dime or are trying to wholesale MF properties.

Loopnet sometimes there is something worthwhile on there but most of the time I find my clients internal properties or off market.If you sign up for a couple mailing lists get ready to be bombarded by those broker or agents trying to sell you any piece of crap property they have listed for sale.
