Heck no I wouldn't put granite.. of goddess blue eyed wonderful smelling human you.. the renters would just destroy it.. refinish floors?

We also have a newborn and would like to remain in our current home with her at least for the next few years.I'm willing to get creative, willing to get my hands dirty (as in demo/construction, not burying bodies...). 

I smell 💰 problems on his part.

I am under contract to buy my next Brrrr, but this one has such a strong smell of cigarette smoke and Cat piss (in some areas).

-Coworker who went by the other day noticed the main toilet is leaking at the base-One tenant just emailed me saying the dishwasher won't drain and smells like deathThere have been previous problems such as the shower clogging (which I cleared) and the washer drain line backing up.

and they had great love for cats so it was all kinds of great smell of piss poop and whatever other fun stuff that you can imagine! 

If you don't smell the gas it might be CO.
