I also tried bleaching the walls after I ripped up the carpet and before I installed the new flooring.

Spayed all the bare walls and studs with bleach and ran a shop vac with a HEPA filter for about a week. 

A good bleach scrub, pressure wash and stain or seal the deck will take care of the problem.

It should clean up pretty easily with some bleach or moldex and a new $3 liner.

Some molds people make the mistake of trying to clean with bleach, which doesn't actually kill it.

Seal all asphalt, resurface all concrete, tuck-point masonry, patch & skim coat all stucko, bleach all siding, paint the trim and add fertilizer to make the grass greener.Establish a budget for your renewal project and keep going till you are out of budget.Good luck!

Pour bleach down all drains including floor/ basement drains.

Tenants know I do a series of other maintenance items on the same trip.This is my basic list.(1) Replace AC filter.(2) Bleach AC condensate drain line.(3) Test thermostat and replace batteries if necessary.(4) Exercise ALL shutoff valves - kitchens and bathrooms.(5) Inspect and feel around under sink drains for moisture and leaks.(6) Open toilet tank and look at the tank bolts and overflow tube.(7) Test garbage disposer and throw some ice down.(8) Test smoke and fire alarms. 

Anyway, if mold exists and it's not too bad you can clean the area with a mixture of 1 part bleach to 5 parts water.
