Account Closed  thank you for not putting up ghost adds..I understand that thought process when testing the market for say apartment or MHP park absorptions.but to put an add in that is blatantly false don't like that one.I am a buyer.. and if I took the time to scroll through craigs list ( which I never do by the way) and then the effort to call and it was bogus.. that would be the last time I ever interacted with that person.

I'm wonder how in the world are they getting away with misleading statements and and blatantly dishing out incorrect legal advice in order to confuse and thus get their 'foot in the door' under the threat of potential client being 'visited by authorities'.

@Chase Louderback Yes, it is very strange indeed that his intentions were so blatant so early in the process.

They stopped providing me receipts and I asked they not return do to unkept promises to resolve blatant issues, sloppy work, and massive overruns.

Marketing of any kind is typically somewhere in the spectrum from embellishment to blatant misrepresentation.

@Andrew Magoun I agree with your logic on the early payment discount thing but I had an attorney at one point tell me it couldn't legally be done as it was just a blatant work-around to the late fee law.
