As far as the bathrooms were concerned, I had planned on putting new vanities, medicine cabinets, sink, faucets, toilet, bathtub trim, bathtub, and bathtub wall surround.

She met a guy on-line, moved away to SC & was back after a one year whirlwind romance.We also coated the bath tub & after 5 years it began to peel just from use.

Nope, it can't tell me if the bathtub is pink or if it is good as is.

I plan to do interior paint and replace carpet with plank vinyl through out, change bathtub, replace dated vanity with simple but nice vanity, paint kitchen cabinets and replace counter top and sink.

Keep in mind that we have not actually been in the house yet, but just from the photos I can see that a bathtub has been ripped out of the second floor and there is essentially just disconnected plumbing, wooden i-beams, and a hole going to the first floor.  

The building is a bit older built in 1913 and will require many upgrades from new windows, new soffits, 5 new doors, new paint, a new bathtub/shower, fence eventually etc.
