You area allowing the Bank to do the background search on the Condo first which is done upfront.

A little background on my current situation:I just recently moved from Wetumpka, AL to De Pere, WI.

Although I had a background in sales, speaking with distressed sellers was a completely different experience—one that requires a lot of patience and empathy.

I like the pre-qualification and application process, as well as the reasonably-priced, tenant-paid background checks.

You, being experienced in residential as a landlord, understand that his major problem is that he is not selective in choosing tenants merely doing a very superficial background check and basically jumping at the first person to apply.
