The house sits on one of the many artificial lakes here in the desert, and was built in 1993.

There is too much of a market demand for STR for the city to artificially deprive this growing customer base.

People forget that a big employer here, Scott & White, have many employees that need homes to rent or buy while working on their residency or starting their practice in medicine.
