Accounting & Finance: What tools make bookkeeping and financial tracking seamless?

He is currently a travel PT that makes $37k pre-taxed but after including all his stipends, his annual earnings are  closer to $95k-$97k.

This account stayed at the same number for years but I didn’t really think about it.

This way you still have 50k in your account and you have $200 coming in every month for 10 years, then 1600/mo for the following 20 years.OR you can lend me the money for 7 to 10 years at 9% and I can do the same as above!!

That could be just federally, however...Against $35K income:1) I take $23,500 W2 which 100% goes into Solo 401K --> No income tax You have to account for taxes like FICA and Medicare so this will be closer to $25-$26k.

At that class of property, the delinquencies are not low and have to be properly accounted for.The reason I asked how long you have owned is that it takes a while to recognize the sustained expenses.Obvious is to get rid of the poor tenant. 

I have totally given up on Quickbooks though it remains the best accounting software for the non CPA type 

My wife is always very aware of any charges on our account and that has saved us many times.

Anything that you can do for free and that is good and accounts for 25+ hours, I say go for it. 

From my experience, mentorship can provide structure, accountability, and networking opportunities, but it often comes at a high cost.
