I've voiced this before on the forums, so you'll definitely find it elsewhere if you look, but we're predominately a property management, and investor brokerage - I personally don't deal with "ma and pa kettle", unless they're buying one of my client's flips, or they're one of our tenants buying their home. 

Sadly, women Realtors are so exposed to this.Highly recommendnever show aloneget the prospects Name, Cell, and Email and refuse to show w/oTell an office mate of where, when and whom you are meeting withUpon arriving onsite and in the presence of the prospect, Call your own office voice mail and speak so as to be over heard, "Yeah, I with xxx at yyy and expect to be done by  HH:MM, C U then".

I knew I was an entrepreneur but I didn't listen to my inner voice and learned more in trenches of business that in all my years of former education combined. 

I would think any lawyer worth paying is going to be wise enough not to put all that they've invested in obtaining their license, both financially and academically,  on the line over one deal.  

With the quality software available, voice over narration is not difficult.

There will be plenty of voices (the most dangerous of which are the ones in own our heads) saying "it can't be done, the market is saturated, there are no good deals left, etc."  

I'm in the car on the 2nd job,  using voice to text.  

Kept all text messages and voice mail.??

Get a Google voice number that is the same as the city your marketing to.
