Most at HD are handy men and weekend warriors.

What I found is that the sellers “pitch” the extra acre as a place you could put picnic tables, play equipment, a basketball hoop, all things that should be great and let you raise the rent.

It seems to be one of the latest causes among the social justice warrior set, who are having to focus on increasingly esoteric issues because most of the real social injustices have been dealt with, but it's hard to be an SJW if you can't be aggrieved about something.Every group that buys in changes the community.

I played football, baseball, basketball, and track and field in high school and not that I think about it being a perfectionist might derive from what those sports instilled.

This year no basketball goal, next year no vans, next year no boats, watercraft, or motorcycles, no American Flags, vehicles with lettering, etc.
