My plan is to to start with all the exterior work first (roof, siding, deck, windows and doors) and make it very attractive at least on the exterior, and begin marketing the house to some home buyers who are looking for a project where they can have their input if they buy.

In Colorado you could get publications announcing that a property has been foreclosed upon and an auction sale date, but the properties rarely went to auction on the given date; for the actual auctions happening in a given week I had to to go to the county website.I did find some of this information on the John L.
