I believe BP is just beginning to scratch the surface as far as a social platform.

I’m not opposed to forming and LLC, but on the surface it seemed harder than it’s worth.

Account Closed No idea what your expenses would be, but on the surface the property could work if your rents are $1600/month as indicated. 

I would thoroughly wash all surfaces, then paint the walls/ceiling, preceding that with an odor-blocking primer. 

On the surface Lewiston and Fall River appear to me to be similar cities.Tx!

Will be fixing the all the hardwood floors, replacing windows, fixing the small cracks in the plaster walls, paint, landscaping, replacing the front stairs and porch surface.

On the surface yes this sounds like a good deal.

You can get that re-surfaced but it will only last few years
