@Jaycee Greene Yeah it is easy for one to get discouraged when buying this type of project but I must say they are decent when trying to start low and build capital, that way you dont have to deal with **** properties or mediocre neighborhoods again.

You have some good comments above but I would also suggest to try some local real estate meetup groups.

And before countering had a conversation to try to find out what's really behind the offers.

There is a lot of stuff to cover, so try to make as much time for it as you can while working your W2. 

The LLC helps when you are trying to do things like turn on utilities.
