I like the IG idea, I was going to do the same because it’s a nice way to keep a photo album of your progress!

We were seeing if we could pick out your purple house as we drove through.

Ideally, I'd like to find something close to the Red Line, but could make neighborhoods off of the brown and purple lines work as well.

I have around or a little over 100sq ft give or take.The linoleum sheet floor in the kitchen has some purple spots and needs to be replaced.

Heck, the agent probably couldn't be 100% sure, but the basement had all it's windows blacked out, blacked walls, fluorescent lights, security cameras around the property (this was in a very nice neighborhood), and a weird Purple Light at the front door.Oh, and another tip, besides doubling checking the disclosure forms, always put them online!!!

Any idea what the purple areas mean? 

@Scott Galloway Right now mostly online, searching purple bricks and  what not, I havent started with the various other marketing techniques like mailing list or bandit signs.
