He's an investor himself and recently left his role as partner at the largest firm in the area to start his own company.

Perhaps that Jacksonville PM started out fine when Roofstock decided to partner with them years back.After I fired the Jacksonville PM, I found another one on my own, which turned out to be awesome.

Is there anything I can do as a partner in the deal to help in this situation while still having the loan in his name?
