I don't think that matters as much as getting it out there, much like a musician recording music on their bed with an iphone and being discovered by regular people. 

It'll be the location for all UGA hockey games (instead of inside the Classic Center like previously) as well as bigger music, stand-up comedy, arena sized acts that dont suit the GA Theater or Classic Center. 

What happens when Larry parks on Sally's side of the drive way or one tenant blares music while the other likes a more quiet environment?

@Briant Patterson Based on my own investing experience in Mexican real estate, maybe it would be better for you if you offer a higher return to your potential investors.

The properties you would consider buying are priced in USD and not affordable to the overall majority of Mexicans.
