Hey @Kyler J Sloan this is really a question you should field to your CPA.

I believe that the best way for me to grow in this field is by connecting with both experienced real estate investors and fellow newcomers.

I realized after my post that she left the drivers license # field empty and when asked to supply a photo ID so we can verify spelling of name for the credit check rerun etc.. and get license # from her as well.. he took all day to respond and left message said she found another place and no longer interested..

But these days, looking at various Silicon Valley tech companies, most leadership positions are still held by those with master's degrees, but mostly master's in particular fields, such as Master's in Engineering in a reputable university. 

I would like to know if this is a wise decision and if you have experience in that field please contact me.

This entails building personal/working relationships with people successful in the field.

In "CA MLS", the "private" remark field data has lot more (hidden) information , we use to be able to read it but they close it again.

Lori is in the field and gets a frantic call from Title they need some doc in the file ..

I did that with the one I bought and the seller had to replace the entire system as the drainage field was full of roots. 

It positions you well for real estate success but don't stop there, explore different investment options and build connections with people in the field.
